I unfortunately had to take my dog to be put down and ended up at this emergency vet. Words can’t describe how amazing they were to us and how it truly felt like they cared. They made the hardest day of my life a lot easier. I appreciate all the hard work you do my family will forever be grateful, and at peace now. Thank you.

My mom brought her sick/dying dog to this vet early Wednesday morning and told the person on the phone what medical conditions the dog had. The response she got was “well we “could” look at her but you know at close in a few hours right?” With a didn’t want to be bothered and nonchalant attitude!nI don’t care if you were closing in 10 minutes! There was a fur mom and patient that needed help and the person acted like he was more concerned with going home than helping. At the very least my mom just wanted her dog looked at and to be reassured that being put down was the right call! Instead that sweet dog suffered until she passed away a few hours later that same morning!

My kitty Bjorn suddenly became wobbly and could not stand. By the time we made the 40 minute trip to the emergency clinic, he was presenting with additional neurological symptoms. The doctor saw him immediately, got him on an IV, and assessed the problem. He spent the night at the clinic and the following morning came home in hopes that he would eat. (He did, thankfully).nnMy sweet little one was given immediate, intensive care and I was given excellent information, instructions for at-home care, and understanding of my emotions. I am so very grateful for the Emergency Veterinary Clinic and the wonderful doctors and staff there. SO glad you are there for us in our need.

While mom is out of town, the boys will play . I got a call my pup got hurt by stepping on something and couldn't stop the bleeding. I immediately headed home, going straight to the vet where they had taken him . I'm grateful this place was open, they put the dog to sleep and gave him stitches and some medication. Everyone was nice and friendly. My only complaint, for 2 stitches, $650 seems a bit much . It reminded me why I never had a dog before this one and why I will not get another. One cut and $650 later , then an additional $35 each bandage change and removal of stiches from my own vet , the dog is doing OK and my bank account is wiped. I've had people guess throughout the week how much it was , not one guess was over $400. ... $650 is alot

Very professional and caring staff. They understood my anxiety, explained everything, and helped my cat feel better. There was a bit of a wait, but I understand that's the way of emergency rooms. 10/10 would recommend to others!!
