Publix Pharmacy at The Shoppes at Price Crossing

Now that a certain person is gone this pharmacy will be a better place. Just because you spend 100.00 on lottery tickets and lose don’t take it out on the customer glad you are gone and you didn’t own the place like you think you did nice to go to a helpful pharmacy now.

Pharmacist’s are always extremely helpful and call when there is a question with insurance. I will always stay loyal to this pharmacy.

After multiple phone calls to this pharmacy. Telling them I needed 30 days as a normal fill should be. I get here to pick it all up. Crucial medication. And they have meds filled with different amounts. 60 days, 25 days, 17 days, etc. Now when its medication that I need or ill end up in the hospital. And with the way that they are filling it makes it impossible to g er but for 30 days next time. Hence 50 days.... 17 days... what? When I worked 5 years as a pharmacy tech. My thought would of been to reach out to the doctor for my patient. To make sure they can take full advantage of their insurance and to make sure they didn't need to come back in every so many days. Wow... I am disappointed. Prayers that I can get the help tomorrow at least else where I suppose. Ive used publix pharmacy beforw and have never had this experience. Seriously no one thinks about things any more. 30 days supply is what I needed....nAfter speaking to the pharmacist to cancel the meds so that tomorrow when I have them filled elsewhere I won't have any problems with the insurance. I told him there was lack of communication issues in the customer service departments now a days. That when i was pharmacy tech that I went all out to make sure that my customers were taken care of. Who wants to pay more for meds. Healthcare already sucks. Who wants to visit the pharmacy any more than they have too. Any ways I wont be coming back to this pharmacy. I will be contacting corporate. Last I knew publix always went above and beyond. I know the store does but the pharmacy needs to work on their skills and thought of their customers. Oh and when you place someone on hold (the pharmacist did this) don't say can you hold and click. Calm down and let someone hear you and say ok.

The pharmacist and staff are extremely rude and cold hearted! I have never been treated so poorly at a pharmacy before. I suggest going elsewhere. I definitely will drive out of my way to never deal with this staff again.
