Franklin Tile was exceptional to work with. We love our new bathroom tile. Our design consultant, Jennifer Guidi was a pleasure to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable and provided us with great creative design ideas.nnThe tile that we chose was not on my radar but now that it is installed for my farmhouse style 1/2 bath - we absolutely love it!! Jen was able to guide me on the floor design based off the farmhouse feel I was looking for.nnThe installers were prompt, accurate and quick. When in and spoke with sales person and set up for someone to measure my floors and took some samples. That worked out great. Sales person told me she would call me the next day to give me a price on Flooring. No one ever called me. That was on a Thursday last week it is now the following Wednesday night and still never got a phone call. I called and they sent me right to her voicemail. I left a message and told her I would never use this company. What a waste of time. I still have their floor samples and if they want them back they will have to come pick them up at my house. Or trash they will go. Don’t waste your time will them.
