Responded via telephone with any information requested promptly and my tile arrived within the specified time discussed. Saved me a couple hundred bucks and every little bit helps. Thanks!!!

Milford ceramic tile is amazing! They had the tile I needed, priced lower than any tile store, and shipped out to my client within a few days.nEven with delivery costs, they beat every other tile store. I've used them several times. Never disappointed!! Great , friendly customer service.

We had a good experience with this company. I was searching for a specific imported tile when I found their website. It’s difficult to navigate, doesn’t provide complete info, and lacks a professional polish. This threw up some red flags but, as their price was nearly half of their competitors, we took a chance. Thankfully they are legit. The tiles arrived about a week after ordering, safe and sound. One caveat: you must inspect all items before signing off on delivery because they can deny your claim otherwise. This is made very clear. We photographed everything and made the driver wait while we opened every box. We ordered about 100 sq. ft. of ceramic tile which arrived well packaged on a pallet. Would order again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS – BUYER BEWARE. I ordered tile – it came on a pallet – one box appeared to have been opened. I noted that on the delivery slip. Driver left. Upon further inspection, there were several sheets that were broken. I sent pictures, and provided the necessary proof. All GINO would do is submit a claim to HIS SHIPPER! They denied him so GINO at Milford Tile denied me. RIDICULOUS. It is a retailer’s responsibility to get the product to a customer – NOT BROKEN. My advice is – DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. Select a company that's willing to make sure you get your tile, intact, and a company that is interested in customer satisfaction. If you are unfortunate enough to order from this company, their expectation is that, at the time of delivery, unload the pallet, open every box of tile and remove each tile to inspect for breakage. Don't accept the order if anything is broken This is a TERRIBLE COMPANY. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
