There isn't one thing negative during our experience with this company. The service was top notch. From 1st contact to creating the template right through installation. Everything went smooth, not to mention, they were $700.00 less than the big box stores!
Couldn't have done any better!! From the initial visit to install, the entire team was fantastic!! They kept me up to speed at every step of the process via email and phone. The office workers, template workers, and installation crew were exceptional!! Very nice and very professional. The office workers were also great. They also worked incredibly fast - template on Monday and installed on Friday!!nThe supplier (Cosmos In Westborough) was also outstanding and had a MASSIVE selection of granite slabs to choose from (And it was a VERY clean facility). I'll recommend Pacific to everyone!
I have worked with Pacific Stone and Tiles twice and found them to be extremely attentive and very easy to work with both times. I will be doing a powder room update and plan to use them for that as well. Super helpful, and the pricing is very competitive as well. Highly recommend!
