Brandy and Cheryl are the BEST !!! I will drive out of my way just to go to this PUBLIX pharmacy just because of the two women. They are very friendly and knowledgeable and show genuine care and concern for their customers.

I love Publix, and probably would bleed green. But, the Bartow pharmacy staff is rude, very short tongued, and very slow. And they are not as friendly as the Publix store staff, which always stands behind customer service. I’m always disappointed at this pharmacy and go elsewhere when I’m not in town.

The pharmacist is so rude and she talked down to me the whole time I was there or when I asked questions. The pharmacy techs are alright but not professional. They need to replace the pharmacist asap, this has happened to me multiple times this year.
