I purchased the better wash because I am selling the vehicle and wanted it to look as good as possible. Unfortunately after returning home I discovered that the tire shine only worked on one side. I called and was informed that you have a re wash policy but only within the first 30 minutes and before you leave the facility. I would say I need to check everything over before I leave, but that won't be necessary because I'm not going back!!

I love quick quack! Their membership program is so affordable and I love being able to use all their locations. The employees at this location are always friendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend!!

Super friendly service. My license plate was accidentally entered in wrong and they helped me figure things out and get my truck washed. My truck was plastered with bugs and they really took the time to spray the front with their bug solution and let it soak so that the bugs would actually come off. They were also super nice to my mom and let her know about adding multiple cars so that she could have her vehicles washed. Worth the price.

Constant state of disrepair (Midvale location) I enjoy my monthly membership to Quick Quack. However, I’m shocked and annoyed at how many months continue to move along and main functions of the car wash go without repair. For the longest time the last top brush has not worked. Now, one of the side brushes stopped working. Not just a day. But for weeks and months. The blowers leave a soapy residue that dries on my car if I don’t get out and dry it off with a damp cloth (just this location, mind you). Yet, they continue to bill my monthly membership. They do not show any urgency to repair the wash in a timely manner. I’ve started taking my vehicles to other Quick Quack locations as a result. Which leads me to my next question: why is Quick Quack building so many new wash locations if they fail to properly maintain current washes? I’m happy to update this review if the Midvale location ever decides to get its wash repaired and fully functional for their paying customers.
