I was on a road trip when my car started failing. I had to leave it in a dealer in Jackson Hole where they were charging me almost 2k for fixing it. I called Ozzy since they always take care of my car. I told them what I was dealing with. They offered to go get the car for me so I wouldn’t need to travel. The fix and transportation of my car was less than what the dealer was charging but that’s not the best part. The best thing is that you feel you’ve been taken care of. They offered to go and bring my car and they did a great job as usual. It’s nice to see the level of care they have for the customer and how they go above and beyond for everybody! THANK YOU!!
OZZY IS THE BEST THING THAT WILL HAPPEN TO YOUR CAR. There are no words for the amazing work that Ozzy did on my car. He went above and beyond with my car. I took it in after my car was a disaster and stolen, and it looks newer than it did when I drove it off the lot brand new in 2017 direct from the dealer. His customer service, attention to detail, following up, updates, invoicing and every step of the process was so above and beyond. I was floored by how well he treated me. He even delivered my car to my house after the service. He called a few days later and told me he forgot something and he'd like for me to bring it back so he could fix one more thing. He even changed my oil for me. I was so impressed I honestly can't imagine ever going anywhere else. My car looks like a new car, even after it was stolen and taken on a wild joy ride with brownies and ashes. Ozzy is #1 and I would recommend him to ANYONE. So worth the money, I can't emphasize it enough.
I had the best experience with the team at Ozzy’s!! The staff is extremely friendly, talented, and they’ll make your car look brand new. They even threw in a free oil change!! Don’t go anywhere else, Ozzy’s is the best! Thank you guys so much!!
My truck was stolen and whoever stole it decided it would be a good idea to throw a 1000 miles on it. While doing drugs and making the inside disgusting. I called 8 different detailing shops in the salt lake valley and Ozzy’s was by far the biggest bang for your buck. They made the interior and exterior of my truck look like new, for a VERY fair price. I am so happy I took my truck to them. It hasn’t looked this good since I bought it.
My experience with Ozzys auto center has been the best, they get you in and out they are really professional, and they go the extra mile to make sure you are happy, I definitely recommend them to my friends and family!
