I had such a great experience. I was having such a difficult time finding a compound pharmacy for one of my sons anti rejection meds for a heart transplant. I called and spoke with Leeann. She was so helpful and went above and beyond to make this anxious and frazzled mother feel at ease. If you have any scripts get them here they are so friendly, kind and caring. I am so glad I found them.

Took a special compound prescription there. Tjey had it ready within 24 hours. The tech and head pharmacist went over in detail what i needed to do. They answered all my questions

Everyone is such a pleasure to work with at this pharmacy. I feel they really care about you and getting you the correct medications in the best form to meet your needs. We started out with them two years ago getting a medication compounded for our dog Buddy. He is diabetic and can't take certain medications because of his sugars. They took the time to explain the different ways they could do the medication to get Buddy to take it easier. I take Buddy's favorite treats to them and they incorporate the medication right into it. They are always on top of things and have always gotten our medication to us before running out. The pharmacist will take as much time as you need explaining things to you and I never feel rushed. Thank you Kathy and Bryan for all your help on our newest medication we just had to start Buddy on. Your time and great customer service is greatly appreciated.

Friendly, knowleageble and helpful staff & much better prices than other pharmacies

Would not recommend. I brought in a prescription Tuesday at 1pm. I was never told it was a 48 hour turnaround. In fact I had a conversation with the rep that I would wait for it but the day was too pretty and I could come back on my next day off which was Thursday. She said Thursday was perfect and they would get working on it “right away”. I never did get a call it was ready but I assumed by Thursday at 2pm a simple cream would have been made. It was for my husband who had just had a procedure. He went to get it and it was not there. He was not happy and mentioned it was bs as he was leaving. I called to discuss after we left and the lady said my husband cursed at them and they are refusing to serve us. He did not cuss at them. It WAS bs that a simple cream wasn’t done by wed or by the time we got there Thursday when I had specifically said that is when we could be back. If 48 hours is what they normally tell people then they may want to recalculate that math from when I dropped it off. When I brought that up, she just kept saying they had until 6pm when they close. Give me a break. It was late in the afternoon when we went a short few hours from them closing. They are not a busy pharmacy so they dropped the ball. Well jokes on them because since I was forced to find another pharmacy, Walgreens across the street serviced us and found a discount that saved us over half the cost. So thank you pharmacy innovations for your complete lack of care for something very simple that we were not wrong on the timing or our feelings for that matter. I hope to see you go under very soon.
