I have been a loyal customer of this store for 5 years. I try and take every opportunity to support a local owned business. I put in special orders on a regular basis and this last experience has caused them to lose me as a customer permanently. I recently asked them to order a case of banana bread beer. It took over 2 weeks for them to get the order in after two trips into the store checking on the status. I was told by Travis that the beer would be delivered today and to come pick it up anytime after noon. I went in at 1pm and was greeted by a rude older gentlemen, pretty sure he is he manager. I told him I was there to pick up the beer order and he confirmed it was in but smuggly said he didn’t have a price for it though I was told by Travis it would be $37. I told him I made a special trip to pick up he beer and would appreciate if he called someone to get the price. He walked away from me and told me it would take 30 minutes for him to get a price. The smugness really rubbed me wrong. I told him to forget it and walked out. I will never go into that store again and will be happy to give my patronage to someone else.
