Great customer service! Everyone is always friendly, knowledgeable, and professional when I need to talk to them directly. Have made multiple orders for starter cultures and whenever I have a question they have an answer and a product to fit my needs. The only downside is you never get a tracking number and it's always a guessing game as to when your package is going to show up. For some this may not be a problem, but my neighbor is known for porch pirates and I NEED to know when my packages are coming so they don't get stolen.
I had a great experience at Florida Aqua Farm. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They had everything I needed for my clownfish babies. Will definitely be back in the future!
Placed order 2 weeks ago. No response!! Called today and thet told me they cant get the materials to make them and they were no longer available. It would of been nice if they would have let me know 2 weeks ago so i could have got them somewhere else. VERY FRUSTRATING.
This is where I buy all things related to my phytoplankton growing business and have for years. Except, now that I have moved to Florida, they are only a short drive from my home. It's a little bit like a kid in a candy store only nothing here is edible. At least not for human consumption.
Although the communication and customer service is not top notch, the product is. Will do business again.
