I kept calling and it was no answer and then I got put on hold so I just hung up I was trying to call about some medicine and I wanted to speak to someone terrible service

Pharmacist refused to call Express Script for an issue with my card. She was extremely rude and uncaring. Prescription message said ready to be picked up when instead there was a problem. Walgreens has the very worst pharmacy!

Staff is helpful therefore 2 stars but the overall system is broken. Nothing is ever ready when it is supposed to be mostly because there is no follow up with physician offices with questions about a prescription ordered. The customer isn’t made aware of a problem until you go and discover the medication isn’t in process. Phones go unanswered a long time. It seems at minimum more staff is needed. We’ve been loyal MA Walgreen customers but we will be moving our prescriptions out of Walgreens ASAP.

I have dealt with an extremely rude and nasty tech at this location. I mean shockingly rude and I have been a patron for over 20 years. The pharmacist has smoothed things over and been respectful And is honestly the only reason I still use the pharmacy. I am bothered by the fact they want you to fill all your prescriptions there, which I find strange especially without insurance and using Good Rx. They are not always the most cost efficient option, nor do I feel like i should be forced to fill all my scripts there. I just find it to be strange and inconvenient at times. Other than that, they are slow but probably bc they are busy and sometimes their time estimates fornWait time is off. I just would like to be treated with respect by all techs and pharmacists as I do the same for them. If you are miserable and hate your job don’t take it out on your customers because it’s extremely unprofessional, frustrating and even upsetting at times
