CVS Pharmacy

Words cannot begin to express how grateful I am for the pharmacist, Dr. Nick F. at the CVS Target location.nnMy daughter, at 7 months old, has been sick more times than I have been in my lifetime, but the pharmacist understands and always makes our family a priority.nnHe is extremely knowledgeable, which is so important as a worrisome mom. He gives great recommendations on what to give for teething... Etc. He also goes above and beyond by knowing us by name, having our prescriptions at the counter right as we’re walking up, and answering any and all the questions on the dosing & whether the new medications will have any interference with her current ones. He offers to call my daughter’s physician when she is out of refills, as he understands that the customers’ lives are hectic.nnI seriously drive 20 minutes out of my way to go to this location! Just today, my daughter’s prescription was done in less than 5 minutes!nn5 stars for the pharmacist, for the staff, for their efficiency, speed, dedication to the customers, and their commitment to their guests!nnBest pharmacist ever! Will continue to frequent CVS Target for our family’s prescriptions!

I changed from the CVS in PBG because there were a few times where they told me my prescriptions were ready & when I would get there they would tell me they don't have it & they had to order it & other weird things.nSo I transferred to this CVS & they are absolutely wonderful. They're understanding and knowledgeable. They actually 'mean what they say' with no last minute surprises. I love them over here!nnNOT so sure anymore. I’ve had adhd all my life, which ultimately disabled me. They very nice at cvs in lake park but they think they’re doctors & they’re far from it. They are clueless when it comes to mental health. They have refused to fill prescriptions multiple times for me. So I’m not actually getting the care that I need. It caused me problems. I take care of my elderly parents, both over 80 and both with comorbidities & one with dementia. I have to be on the ball 24/7. I can’t be riddled with adhd symptoms. I’ve been on my medication on and off for about 30 years. I’ve tried others, but the one I take currently works the best. My doctor and I have tried different dosages in order to get the best benefits but of course now cvs in lake park is getting in the way of my therapy. So if anyone is on a controlled medication, be careful of this store because not only do they judge you, they try to act like your doctor. Back to square one! I’m thinking of changing to a privately owned pharmacy, they seem to give more personalized attention to your needs.

Absolutely fabulous customer service at this location! Nick went above and beyond. He was able to do in less than an hour, what I have been trying to get another CVS to do for over a week! Thank you Nick, we are very satisfied customers!
