I loved Pepperoncino Restaurant in the Dellagio Town Center. It's like having a little piece of Italy in my own backyard. Everything was delicious, and I can't wait to try some more of their dishes. Oh, and they make fresh pasta in house... yum.nnThey're Caccio e Pepe para was to die for, and their Osso Buco dish was truly memorable. I was fortunate to try a chef's special Octopus and Shrimp Ceviche Bruschetta that was so amazing that they should add it to their permanent menu.
