Jan is the best! He is trustworthy and fair and pragmatic. Not only does he fix things when I'm in the shop, he has given us remote support over the phone which has helped us out of some difficult situations!
Great work, honest work, honest price. Jan is a great mechanic and has been in the business for many years!! He will do what needs to be done and go over everything in detail. If something doesn't need to be fixed right away, he will tell you. He's and honest guy, making a living for his family like the rest of us. The mechanic is a really nice guy, knows his stuff. He is good at explaining things to those who are not as educated on how cars work and such. Not sure how he gets things done as he seems to work by himself but he does it! Been to a couple of mechanics in the area but I like Forge Auto the best.
If I could give no stars I would. I went in to have something looked at on my car and I have never experienced such rude service. The wife of the mechanic was so rude, mean and was not helpful to me in anyway. I will never go back to them again because of how rude this wife treated me. Giving me a ton of attitude and refusing to take my registration number when I asked. Never will I go to forge auto works again.
