AMC West Oaks 14

We went to this AMC for our first family movie day since before the pandemic and we are so happy we did! Friendly staff, we were able to choose our seats so it was easy to social distance, and big cushy reclining chairs. Great experience! We'll be back!

Had a really good experience and felt safe. Super spread out. Thanks for the refill after I accidentally spilt my popcorn before the movie even started. The employee made me feel better about myself when she said it happens to all of us! Sorry for the mess that I created.

The bar was Excellent service! The food courton the other handud83dude1eud83dude1e the service was very POOR! For the price of the food........they should be better stocked and prepared! The Movie Excellent!

I like the big seating they have here. I've been in quite a few of the theaters in the building and I think all the theaters have the big seating. There are closer theaters, but I come here for the seating. During covid times, they seem to be following what is needed for me to feel safe. All the staff is always friendly and helpful.

I recently went to see a movie and I ordered 3 small orders of popcorn, 3 small drinks and a bag of air heads. To my dismay the total cost was $50.00 and that was only for those food items! I feel like I was totally taken advantage of.nThe lights went out including the movie screen and there was not any back up lights we sat in n pitch black darkness for about 10 minutes! I do not plan to return!!!
