Brought my bucket truck to get upper boom pistons resealed. Heal pin replaced. And an inspection. They sent out the pistons somewhere else. There were also a couple light scores in the push rods. I had asked them to sand them smooth as i was having them repaired for 150$ else where. They said they could repair them. That was monday. Friday they tell me that the company doesnt want to repair the push rods they want to replace for 2200. I said no leave them alone them. I also call the company they subed out and tell them not to rebuild them. Monday i talk to Jay the owner because i have been calling all day with no answer to find out that they decided to have the push rods replaced. Without my consent. I finally get my truck back on Wednesday the pistons push rods are up side down so they are ungreaseable. The heal pin won't accept grease. One of the grease fittings was broken. Nothing was ever greased. The bill was 26 hrs for removing and installing the pistons. ( one they say was welded to the bushing. I asked for pictured of the bushing none were ever provided) 16 hours for replacement of the heal pin. And 350 for expedited next day shipping that took a week. Jay was supposed to call me back thursday about the issues. Its tuesday i have called twice no answer.So it's Friday I finally talked to Jay the owner and he told me they put the pistons on exactly how they came off apparently I have never Greased my pistons since i have owned the truck. I will post an updated after we go to court.
