BJ's Wholesale Club

Purchased a $700 plus tv from this location yesterday, noticed the price had dropped $100 overnight. Called the store this morning and asked if they would credit me the difference, the person who I spoke with said no. Are you serious?! It was less than24hrs and a difference of $100. So I told him I’d return it, when I arrived he proceeds to tell me he spoke with his mgr and they are ok with crediting me the $100. After I had reboxed and brought the tv back he proceeds to tell me this, I know we all have strengths and weaknesses but the level of customer service at this store needs some training. Told him no thank you I’ll take the full refund. I can get the tv from somewhere else but now you’re out a sale and with a tv you can’t resell since the box was opened. Good choice BJ’s!nn*this was my very 1st shopping experience here and my last. Shredded my member card when I got home.

My cousin in Franklin Mass will be visiting me in NJ for the Independence Day holiday and I was going to have him pick up a specialty item only sold in the deli at this location.nI called the store with the intention of paying for my deli product in advance and went through the prompts and selected the the Deli Dept. I waited 4 minutes with the phone ringing unanswered.nThen I called again opting for the member services dept and I waited 2 minutes with the phone ringing unanswered.nI called a third time and just waited for someone to pick up and finally someone answered the phone.nI asked them if I could place a $100 order in advance for pickup later and the girl clearly huffed as though I asked her to stand on her head and then she put me on hold for 15 minutes. I eventually hung up.nThe cust serv system at this location and integrity of its people as well as the management in my opinion since they are responsible for the performance of all employees is clearly poor and unacceptable.nA simple question never answered and to be completely ignored and dismissed is ridiculous.nIt exemplifies a lazy staff and a lousy work ethic.nI saved a screenshot of my call log as I described above but am unable to attach it to this review.nI will keep it for whoever might like to see it for verification of my experience.nI added my screenshot photo to the “Photos” of this BJ’s website.nNow lets see how fast they respond in order to remove it from public view!

I'm reaching out because the service I received while checking out was extremely rude. After someone had left the line I moved my cart slightly. Since Covid is here the cashier decided to push my cart back towards me and told me to wait. Then she decides to tell her trainee that people don't listen and you need to tell them multiple times not to do something. There was no sign specifying that I had to stand further away from the shield and was treated poorly. I would never recommend going here.

I went in today to get some needs half the people in the store not wearing masks, most of the shelves were stocked paper goods minimally the meat dept had no chicken and beef is twice the price it used to be. Rude people not social distancing reaching over around in front of. people stopping in the middle of the isle not being considerate in any way.nCashiers with no masks and being rude to customers you can only buy one beef chicken or pork i had 1 pack of burgers and one small steak tip they wouldnt let me buy both but they had no chicken at all they were busting the older woman in the isle next to me wouldnt let her buy two items. At what point does this end or when does rationing become normalcy?

The bakery staff is always exceptionally nice and helpful.
