I visited this pharmacy twice in the past week and still did not get a prescription filled. The pharmacist was rude, not helpful and actually questioned the integrity of the prescription. It was not for a controlled substance. Unfortunately pharmacists like the one who works here was working by himself apparently can’t handle the intensity. I don’t mind mind a pharmacist doing his job but throwing around words like integrity and unethical is not appropriate. He is doing CVS and Target no favors. Very sad that this pharmacy has to be judged by this particular pharmacist. I went to another CVS in another Target and and had a wonderful experience.

I wish i could give this pharmacy negative stars! Adam G the pharmacist is the rudest individual and can not believe he represents a company like cvs.nFor years, we have picked up Rxs here and now he claims my son can't pick up bc he's under 18? Now, this may be true but the delivery of his message to first my son and then myself after never having mentioned this for years was the worst part. Then, he says we can't ever get Rxs there again bc THEY made the mistake of selling to a minor? What. A. Joke. This pharmacy is! They have inconsistencies in their policies and we are the ones who have to suffer?!?! Luckily, there are plenty of pharmacies that believe in great customer service. Unfortunately, this pharmacy is not. No wonder they go though so many employees here. They do not like working for an employer, Adam G, who can't uphold the policies. You don't get to cherry pick what rules to buy uphold one day and then tell customers they're no longer welcome. This is what happens when you give power to insignificant people like Adam G. I'll update when i have his full last name that 'he can't give over the phone'.

My doctor sent down my medication from Minnesota to be refilled at this pharmacy. I wanted to make sure the pharmacy received both prescription and that they were able to fill the meds. It took me calling 3 times to get ahold of someone. I was told that they were out of both of my medications and that I would need to contact my doctor and have them send the prescription to a different CVS location. They gave me the address to another location and thank goodness I checked before I called to see where it was before I called my doctor because the other CVS location that he gave me was over an hour from this location. I asked if they could get in the medication within 24 hours because the CVS that I use in Minnesota can do that. He said No, it would take over a week and half to get both my medications. I would not recommend this pharmacy.... Go to the Walgreens down the street!
