Studio Movie Grill - Sunset Walk

An absolutely delightful experience. You didn't have to move; you just push a button and someone comes and asks what you need. It was great! Beautiful, clean and new. Very friendly staff. Decent prices even. Definitely recommend to anyone. Really, I just want to do it all over again!

Movie theatre was great and comfy seating, food service never came. Ordered before the movie started, 40 min. later nothing came, hit service button and asked for food that I ordered, he went to check it, movie finished without food and without reason why food never came. Requested a refund from manager after the movie and explained what happened, they just refunded the money and never offered any other type of compensation or anything else. This was my second time here. First time here was better which was why I returned. Now have mixed feelings of ordering food here again. A movie, I would see here again.

Is a great theater but you should tell your employees to be more prudent. I was watching Godzilla vs King Kong and this man interrupted me during the best part of the movie to solve a credit card security issue that didn’t allow them to charge me. He could have easily stop me at the end of the movie and explain me what happened.

Nice place to visit.nIf you're a vegetarian make sure you get there early and ask questions when ordering food. We were there with minutes to spare, our food options were limited because a lot of the vegetarian options are buried in menus we ordered popcorn and cheese fries only to get a nasty surprise of dead animal in our fries (bacon). After the show a very helpful staff explained to us the way to customize vegetarian options, they even have impossible burger patties but it requires help if you're new to this. How about a section for non meat options?

Normally I have no issues at the theater and I live right down the street. But for some reason last night service was very off. The lady working at the ticket stand when you first go in was very nice and professional even with broken kiosks and numerous people asking for her attention (it was busy and she was working alone). But once we got inside the theater, it fell apart. my mom and I ordered two waters at the front desk and they didn’t come. we spoke to four total waiters and we still did not get our water. And it was just water. Finally over halfway through the movie one of the gentleman we spoke with previously asked if we had received our waters and of course we said no. he went and got them for us. But it was just mind blowing how getting 2 cups of water was lost in translation somehow.
