From information to reservation to rental and storage, Brendan ( info and reservations) and Ivan (who did my contract, showed me my unit, explained the security process and was helpful to my movers) the experience was reassuring, smooth and professional. Ivan went above and beyond, even getting cleaning solution and paper towels when he saw that I had spilled coffee in my car, and averting a minor accident by putting my car in gear when it began to roll ( it was a stressful day!). The facility, itself, is clean and well organized - my unit was immaculate-and the security, with coded gates and personal unit padlocks, seems appropriate and effective. This is my first storage unit experience and I am a very satisfied customer.
