The place is cleaned and well maintained. The woman there is super friendly. She even has a basket of candy! Public Storage needs more managers like her. She really listens and helps with your storage needs! She was able to waive my late fees and gave me suggestions to save some money! Especially, with the pandemic going on. What a wonderful woman!! A great asset to the company! Don’t lose her Public Storage.. I will be calling her boss and cooperate to let them know, how great she is! God bless her!! Thank you Danielle!

Came to public storage the other day there was a new face a young woman Carolann. She was very Friendly and polite. She answered all my questions and showed me a space. I definitely will send people to see her wish i could give 10 stars

87 Warren St Randolph MA. Manager Danielle.nDanielle provided exceptional service, she was very professional, knowledgeable and went beyond her responsibility in helping me. She helped with the storage unit, but also at most difficult and stressful time. My mover wasn't very cooperative in getting my stuff into the storage unit and was giving me a hard time.nDaniele was the good Smartian came to my rescue and helped me. The mover I hired demanded additional $75 for every 50Ft. The mover had left some of my boxes which had to be carried to the unit at the back of the building.nShe brought the boxes to my unit in her cart and unloaded it so I could place it in the unit. These day's I don't know of anyone who jump to help.nnShe also followed up with a call to let me know I had not secured my unit properly, she temporarily took care of it and asked me to come and make sure it is secure.
