The Miami Marine Stadium. Wow! I am not sure I'd been there in the last forty years. Please press Like if you enjoy the essay.nnThis is almost a haunted mansion! It has been abandoned for a very long time. From what I understand it is considered a historic place or something. Graffiti is awesome!nnAnd the parking lot -- oh my it is gigantic! And free!nnI'm not sure if you are allowed to park a car here and bike around the island, but that would be a consideration. On the other hand, there were not many cars in the area, so leaving a car here alone with very few passersby might lend itself to having a car stolen or broken into.nnThere is a gated area to the far end of the parking lot with small boats and rowing equipment. I'm not sure what that gated area is called. It also has what appears to be an Olympic sized pool.nnThere isn't much to do at this place, other than marvel that a gigantic area of town remains vacant. That in itself is remarkable in Miami-Dade county.
Cool place to experience. I love the Artwork from the collective artists. I wish there were more ways to view the stadium seating. There was a metal frame structure in from of the stadium which was being used for a car photoshoot. Little beach areas line the sides of the stadium. Someone lost a bra there- check the pics. Also randomly found a baby SLAUGHTER HOUSE ONLY cow head washed up on the beach. Weird. It's a great strange spot I just had to check out!
A nice place to spend the weekend with a great water view, hot sport cars. , jet Skis and GIRLS.nThen, the rest is up to you.
Nicest park in baseball! Love the new redesigns. Beer and food and are insanely expensive, but that's to be expected here.
We anchor there as we pass through. Partly sunken boats, derelict boats, squatters, and wild crazy party boats blasting music from all directions. Great view of the city, thus a star!
