The technician was awesome!!! Quick to respond and communicate, explained all the work and outlined pricing ahead of time. We needed copper piping put in to replace some shorty makeshift piping we had for years. He did an awesome job and even checked in the next day to make sure we had everything we needed ! We will definitely be using him for our future plumbing needs!
I reached out on Wednesday and they were able to send some folks over early on Friday. I had an AC issue as well as a clogged drain that they were able to knock out really quick. Very professional, explained everything and talked about the charges up front before doing any work. Really happy with my interactions and would recommend PJ Emergency Plumbing.
Bob called on our appointment day and said he would be here within minutes. He arrived and gave us an estimate within minutes. We are 100% satisfied with the job done. He replaced valves and accessories on our second bathroom. We were so satisfied with the work that we actually asked for an estimate on our master bath as well. I will recommend PJ Emergency Plumbing to anyone that needs plumbing and bathroom remodeling.
My bathroom shower faucet was leaking along with a garden faucet. They scheduled to come over and give us an estimate, which was very easy. The plumber was knowledgeable and could give an assessment very quickly and right on the issues. He was able to provide me with assessment with risk of breaking the plastic water tube and the workings of the dual shower faucet. Overall, it was a very quick, painless and enjoyable process. Highly recommend!!
We highly recommend PJ Emergency Plumbing. Everyone I talked with from customer service to our technician Trevor was very Professional, knowledgeable and supportive. Our water heater broke down late Tuesday and they got us on their schedule the next morning. 6/21/2019- Bob worked clean and was very courteous. He took the time to explain everything thing he was doing and why. The amount of time the job took and cost was very reasonable. I will stick with PJ Emergency Plumbing company
