Sunglass Hut

I’ve bought about about 7 designer pairs at this location, but the staff know very little about sunglasses. And then there’s that terribly unpleasant old bat that is usually there.

Joel was very kind showing me around the store and helping me try new styles. He even let me try on his glasses because that's what I was looking for but they were out of stock. Awesome experience.

Stopped in looking for sunglasses readers. Gentleman was very helpful but Sunglass Hut does not carry readers. There is however a wide variety of great sunglasses. Gentleman also said Walmart carries small stick-ones for regular sunglasses that turn hem into readers! Very helpful even though we didn’t buy anything!!

Great customer service from woman today, she was a big help! Super selection!

My fiance and I were shopping this past Sunday afternoon at Coconut Point Mall. We walked in she tried on a couple of pairs of sunglasses, we were being helped by the two gentlemen that were working.nnShe asked me what I thought about a certain pair and I commented how I didn't care for them and sorry love but you know how picky I am. When I said this one of the employees was standing behind me rolled his eyes and mumbled something to the other employee and ignored us the rest of our time in the store. We felt very uncomfortable and felt as though we had offended them by my comment.nnWe shop pretty often at Sunglass Huts at different locations and have never been treated so rudely. I called and spoke to customer service requesting a call back and have not received one...
