These folks work diligently In order to process as urgently and as Efficiently as possible this pharmacy offers so much, so many programs to take advantage of the durable medical equipment department is one of the best I’ve ever encountered they also offer after hour delivery services

Every time I call i look to speak with Caprice. She always takes care of me in a thorough and professional manner. I’ve called other times and have not had the same experience, which is why i can only give 4 stars.

I wish there was a way to leave a 0 star review. You Call time and time again and ask for no deliveries after 8. It literally says it on the paperwork that they bring to the house. What a simple request. The deliveries are for my grandparents. They go to sleep at 8. Yet a loud car pulls up, real professional looking person with a hood over his head and a cell phone in his ear every time at least once a week rings the doorbell at 915. Waking the house up. All for f***ing eye drops that can obviously wait until the next morning. Management doesn’t care. Drivers don’t care. Place sucks.

I change my rating to 3 stars because I noticed improvement from the pharmacy before my employer decided to drop them. As I'm leaving this rating the phone has been ringing for about 5 minutes. This pharmacy should be reported to better business bureau.

I have contacted Apothecare several times regarding their inability to deliver medications in a timely manner in the town of Raynham where a family member of mine resides in a group home. There have been numerous times when my family member has waited between 12 to to 36 hours to recieve antibiotics for pneumonia and other infections which required immediate doses of such medications. Apothecare is located approximately 13 miles from the Raynham location I am referring to.nnI shared my concerns with his case worker and asked why emergency medications could not be obtained by a family member from a local pharmacy. This would expedite his receiving the medication which would inevitably begin the healing process of the infection and not allow additional time for the potential of it worsening.nnHowever, I was told this was not possible unless the resident was on furlough from the group home and under the care of family at home. While at the facility it was required to be delivered by Apothacare for several reasons. These however are not her rules she was just explaining them to me.nnIf Apothecare cannot fulfill their agreement to the clients they have committed to service , it is imperative that another Company be found that can. The health and well being of our loved ones cannot be left in the hands of a company that either fails to see the urgency of such medications or are not sufficiently staffed to provide such deliveries.nnIf you have had the same concerns and experiences with Apothecare I ask that you please join me by adding your review.
