Great experience! Great company to deal and do business with. They’re actually amazing for today’s standards, every time I’ve called someone answers the phone and directs your call to the proper person who courteously addresses all your concerns. This is a large corporation that deals with you offering very personalized service. I couldn’t have asked for more because they went above and beyond. This is my second time doing business with them, one was having a delivery at my home, which couldn’t have gone any smoother and the second one was going to their huge industrial freight warehouse location to pick up a large crated item. Again they handled all of it efficiently and promptly from beginning to end from meeting me and loading it right onto my vehicle! I can’t believe how effortless they made this process for me. Just check out their great website, very user friendly. Thank you to the drivers, the guys on the loading dock, office staff and receptionist. Look forward to doing business with you in the future. Today, my package was supposed to be deliver to my house. Come to find out that the package was too big for the driver to get off the truck himself. I was told it would have to be rescheduled to another day. Shortly after I received a phone call from RL asking what days I would be available to help take the package off the truck. 1. I wasn’t told how I would be covered in the unfortunate event if I got hurt helping them. 2. We are in the middle of a pandemic and I expected to hop of a truck with some guy I don’t know and help move a package. Apparently this is all standard operating procedures and I was told I was the first customer to have a problem with this. Wasn’t my chose to use this company but it will definitely be the last.

Was suppose to get my delivery today. Rushed you get my house ready for the delivery last night just to get a call saying it’s going to arrive next week now. Very disappointed. Why even schedule a delivery if they can’t get it to the customer on time. Looking at their rating I shouldn’t be surprised.

The most unprofessional delivery experience I've ever had. They gave me a 5 hour window and they were 3 hours late.nnAfter the 5th hour I called to ask where my package was and they said it would be another hour. An hour goes by and I call again, they say another hour. That hour goes by and I call again, they say another hour. 3 times this happened, it's so unprofessional. All the company does is move packages from here to there and track them and they failed to do this in a reasonable amount of time for me.nnI wasn't able to inspect the large shipment in day light because they were 3 hours late. I was outside with a flashlight looking at the package. I found a hole in the box.nnThe driver and his assistant took off. They didn’t ask me sign for the package or hand me any paperwork to review and sign. I went up to the drivers door and asked him where he was going. I said I found a hole in the box and I wasn't finished checking the package. He asks me why I am standing there then? Go and inspect the package he tells me.nnI went back to inspect the rest of the package and he drives away. The guy was a total jerk from start to finish, and fortunately there was no damage to the interior contents, but I was stressed for a minute at the way the driver treated me.nnIf they handed in paperwork with a signature it was not mine and is 100% fraudulent. Hopefully the driver and assistant has some scruples and handed in paperwork without a signature but I doubt it!nnI would never recommend this company to move anything for me or any company ever. With the terrible logistics and rude customer service they will eventually fold as a company.
