Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital

Since the 1970’s we as a family have used this hospital. I’ve always found the staff to be professional and the doctors and physicians assistants are excellent. They diagnosed me and helped me much of an issue my primary care doctor had missed.nMy mother and father were treated extremely well while in hospital with pneumonia.nIt truly depends on the liaisons that are assigned to a patient that can communicate clearly to the family the issues arising with their loved ones.nMy mother passed in this hospital and I have to say the loving nurses that assisted her and us at that time made a difference by explaining their role and what was to happen.nWe need to connect to a liaison in times of stress that will work with us to advocate on our behalf along with an appointed advocate/legal health care proxy of our choosing prior to an emergency arising.nnRemember , they see so many people per hour. Be polite and persistent in a kind professional way to advocate for what you need. People are dying around them and many things are going on behind the scenes that your not aware of.nnEveryone thinks their issue is the worst issue...there is always another in greater need.nBe patient and calm and call in your own advocate team to surround you when your unable to speak for yourself.nAlthough you might be waiting a long time in the waiting room with the flu, another could be losing their life in the back room...nnBe humble.

I was treated at the Green Center and everyone was kind,considerate and professional. I'm now NED since May 2018. It was such a relief to find the quality of care without the tress of going into Boston.

I had my daughter who is two years old come to get some blood drawn at lab that her doctor office could not do because she was moving all around and kicking and screaming they didn't have the patience. I take her here and the lab ladies was able to make it happen even in the midst of my daughter crying and moving around. I say thank you and kudos to all your hard work and patience with children that's no easy job when it comes to needles

I don’t usually leave review but this is important. I had an appointment today. I waited for two hours in the cold office and had to leave without been seeing by the doctor. The staffs does not seems to care and when i ask why i am waiting for so long, they could not answer me. It not the first time, they make me wait but at least the others time the staff seems to care to inform what was going on. I decide not to be their patient at Liberty st anymore and i am going to change the the doctor was well. At least they could call me to do telehealth appt for the co-payment i made. Please respect your patients time and be more professional.

It’s genuinely mind shattering that after having sat in the outpatient lab waiting room for 1 full hour that the team told me they wouldn’t perform the tests ordered by my provider at that lab.nnA word of advice to anyone who’s making a choice about where to seek healthcare- go anywhere else. If I were found bleeding out in the parking lot I would insist on being taken to any other area hospital. 0/5 stars.
