First off Lena is THE BEST hands down... She was professional from Day 1... She kept in contact with me, worked with my budget and EVERYTHING came out BEAUTIFUL! I would never ever call anyone but her for my parties... She ran on time and had everything set up accordingly... Absolutely great vibes and positive energy.... I highly recommend Shanera's services for anyone looking for quality decorations. Even with the pandemic, she was super professional and worked to keep things safe and fun. Everything looked so beautiful and my guests kept complementing the decor the entire night. Her team went above and beyond with the service, catering to all of the guests the whole night. Thank you so much for your all your help. The ceremony was a great success!!

Shanera Grace was beyond professional and did an amazing job for 2 quarantine birthday parties my husband and I planned last minute this summer. Our daughter’s Turned 1 and 5 year. Shanera Grace Was personable while respecting social distancing, She took our vision to an entirely different level. It was better then we could’ve ever imagined. Our guest were asking for her contact information prior to leaving our event. Thank you again for making our daughters birthday’s that much more special. I can’t wait to plan our next event.

Lena is absolutely awesome. Not only she obviously had what I wanted but she helped me make my decision to make my Bridal Proposal Brunch perfect! Even when I realized that I rented the wrong chargers the night before my event, she was very accommodating and had the right chargers ready by 6:30 AM. She was absolutely amazing and I highly recommend Shanera Grace Bridal& Bridal!

The positives; ordering rental items was an easy process; actual items were decent; local & black-owned business.nnI ordered some rental items for my baby shower almost two months in advance & paid in full (except the tax which came as a separate invoice). Communication wasn’t the absolute best when it came to picking up and dropping off the items. I opted to get the items myself as the building is not too far away from me.nnIt took about 15 minutes of me knocking on the door, calling, and emailing before somebody answered the door. The linen I rented was just handed to me (haphazardly folded, not in any container or bag) and not all the pieces had been cleaned. I ordered one specific type of table runner and it was in that moment that they told me it was unavailable and provided me with another type of table runner. Some of the table clothes were different sizes than what I ordered.nnIt took them another 20-30 minutes to gather together the tables and chairs. I ended up leaving an hour after the scheduled pick-up time because nothing was organized. I brought two trucks and my own helpers to load the items.nnReturning the items was just as much of a hassle. No returned phone calls or emails. I waited over an hour for some response after returning the items to the building but never heard back.nnOverall, I was disappointed in the service as all the reviews seem to be positive. I understand it’s busy but I still can’t understand why the process was so disorganized when I made my order well in advance.nnBased off my experience, I wouldn’t recommend renting items for pick-up. It seems like more effort is put into clients that pay for set-up and delivery, which is understandable because it’s more money made. But then why offer a self-service option if the standards of professionalism aren’t going to be the same?
