The Tile Shop is a wonderful store. I purchased tile back on tax-free weekend (saved about$100) on August 29th and had some pencil tile that needed to be returned. I was beyond the 90-day return policy which I now understand is 180 days. They took it back with no issues whatsoever. I also needed to get another strip of metal for trim around the shower niche and outside of the tile boarder and they were able to get me that and applied my veterans discount. Kevan at the Avon store is a welcoming store manager who provides great customer service that is truly appreciated.

Good selection of tiles for kitchen and bath and flooring needs. Nice collaborations with designer collections (Laura Ashley, Annie Sellers) limited samples available. Helpful staff if needed. A few nice displays for inspiration

I am not usually a person who reviews things but this place deserves all the stars. Every single person I interacted with here was professional, helpful and went above and beyond. When we needed some more tile they immediately did everything they could to help. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a major home project. I couldn’t have been happier with the service and my kitchen looks amazing!

We can't say enough about The Tile Shop, especially Kevan, the store manager. We went in one night to try to get some ideas to redo our fireplace. The selection was AMAZING, but the service was what really stood out. Kevan took time to talk to us about what was existing, what we were going for (which we had NO idea or direction in), and showed us tons of options. He moved around the store putting different things together for us and helping us work through the process. He told us to go home and tape off what we were thinking to be sure it was what we would want before we dove in. We both left there that night, not thinking about which tile to choose, but talking about what great service we received. We did as he said and came home and looked at the space and the ideas we chatted about and realized it wouldn't work in our space. We came back the next night, and again for well over an hour Kevan helped us put ideas together, setting them up to look like a fire place, looking at them in different lighting and settings, and eventually came up with the perfect look for us! His patience, knowledge, kindness, and ability to truly help us move through this process won us as customers for life! We can't wait to see how the final product comes out and are already talking about getting started on the kitchen and bathrooms!
