My wife was supposed to get a Sancuso patch from this pharmacy. It did not arrive at all for her first chemotherapy treatment. After several calls she did receive a patch in time for her second treatment. However, now she is getting a patch every week for a month now. But she only needs one patch every THREE weeks. I called and spoke to a manager explaining the situation and asking that they send no more patches until we call for one. Sure enough another patch just arrived today. We now have three patches in stock and my wife will not be needing one for TWO weeks. Perhaps this review will spur someone on in their office to get their act together.
