Twice, in last 24 mos. the pharmacy has “forgotten” to submit special orders for my medications resulting in health hardship. (They are prescribed by my physician regularly s/b in stock...). We didn’t ever have that problem at CVS prior before the store on Sheridan closed. (We were transferred to this Walgreens automatically without prior notice.) Also, there are constant personnel changes in the pharmacy and each new hire seems less experienced and ruder than the last. This week the 20 year old behind the counter pretended to me my Dr. and solicit “medical advice.” Our large, immediate and extended family will be taking our pharmacy business BACK to CVS. If you want to wait an inordinate amount of time for service then be treated rudely by very “judgy” employees without name tags. This is the place. NEVER going here again!!
