I called, was on hold for 20 minutes, and then someone picked up the phone and asked me to hold. No chance to say anything. So it takes 20 min for someone to pick up, and then you get to told to hold some more. Plus. the music track while on hold is terrible lol.

Horrible ! Called to check if my prescription is ready and no surprise its ready but cant tell me the copay coz Pharmacist who is NEW dont know how to use the system and put my medication under a wrong name. Went and get the prescription copay for an ear drop is $40. New Pharmacist was giving me an attitude that it is my Drs failt for the specifying if its a male or a female.
