My son for the last 5 years has been paying about 60.00 dollar a month. They came out and but in all new meters in his trailer park. His bill was good for two month then the next bill was 1800.00 dollars. They kept telling him they would come out to check it. here we are 4 month later and nothing. They shut his water off yesterday . Now they want 700.00 to turn it back on and if you want water you need to pay. Lazy people working for Davie. I went yesterday they said they would send someone out. Going in today. Lets see what they have to say. Oh my sons neighbor water bill is still the same and there are 3 people living in the house. My son also has a different meter then everyone else.

Our founding fathers would turn over in their graves if they saw how much power we've given over to these governmental departments. They do what they want, they charge what they want, and if we don't fall in line and pay, they take our property from us. Even if you have a vacant property and you don't want their services, TOO BAD, they force you to take their service and pay!

I have 2 kids and they shut my water off with no warning usually I get a 24 hour notice or something but nothing and refused to turn it back on cus they closed once I payed it had to wait till the next day and they still took their time getting here to turn it back on! Couldn't wash my kids, my husband came home from work and couldn't shower, I couldn't clean their bottles. You people need to get it together. Oh and the people that answer the phone at the office are completely Rude no home training at all worst experience I've had with paying my Bill's

The water is extremely expensive. I live in a very small townhouse by myself and my water is $91 for a month. I am positive I have no leaks or running toilets. Sometimes my water bill is more than my electric. If I had known water was so very expensive in Davie, I wouldn't have moved here.

I think residents of Davie need to get together and hire an attorney. When I asked about my huge increase a few years back, I had someone come check for leaks...nothing. This rude lady kept on saying that we have a new model and said Sunrise has a highbill too. Well, I don't give a hoot about Sunrise. Usually a newer system saves onenmoney. Also,they donothave a telephone pay or if you pay online, you're charged extra. What kind of nonsense is this?
