Fantastic store! The owner is taking care of the store and it happens to be an extremely helpful and lovely lady, the prices are AMAZING and the options are plenty. I just couldn't finish looking through all the sections (it's really well organize so it's really easy to find whatever you happen to be looking for), they have from classics to fantasy, history, philosophy, religion and everything in between, I was happy to find a small section of graphic novels as well.nnI honestly didn't get to see half of the store and ended up going with a box full of books (including some large illustration books) back home, and I ended up paying just about $101 for everything.nnI took 21 books in great condition for a killer price and amazing service, can't recommend this little gem more.

A wonderful little bookstore that can easily be found inside of a shopping strip. When we popped in they were doing a bit of a remodel so it was a little bit crowded as once you start moving things around when it comes to books it's easy to get crammed quickly. However, the staff was super nice and helped direct us to where we could find the kinds of books we were interested in. I usually look for books for our one year old daughter, and since her name is Olivia I prefer to get her the Olivia books. Unfortunately they didn't have any of those at this exact time, however, their stock is constantly changing so they could get these at any time.nnMy husband was able to find several hardback books in the collections that he prefers to read. They were at a very reasonable price so we ended up leaving with about a dozen books. We talked to the owner on the way out and she was extremely friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this bookstore to anyone that's an avid or casual reader. The deals are great and the books are in good condition.nnOverall: AnFun and unique used book store with friendly staff. Rotating stock so be sure to visit often as you never know what you'll find!

Went it looking for one book and walked out with 8 other books. I found some great books to read! It feels great to support a local small business. The owner is so nice and helpful, she helped me find the book I was looking for. They have books separated by genres. Such great finds that you may not come across at a big box bookstore. This place is a hidden gem and well worth a visit. Before you buy a book from a big corporation, stop by Volume One Books! They have been serving our community for 25 years! You save some money and help the environment as well. You never know what you will find!!nDon’t delay, go get your new book today!

Visited Volume One Books on a Saturday after the library didn't have a copy of a classic that every library should have a dozen copies of. Found a hard copy at Volume One for $6. Excellent customer service, bought a few more gems. If you're a bibliophile or looking for a thoughtful gift, come by. Lots of vintage books from all genres and ages. Owner gave me a tour and we had a great conversation. Beats the heck out of Amazon.
