I called Bob's this evening. I was looking to see if they made breakfast platters. We were looking to support our local business. Woman answered the phone, I said hi my name is jill and we are looking to see if you all....click. I thought it was an error. I waited a minute and called back and I said Hi I just called an I believe we were disconnected to which she said nope you need to call back I have customers.... We moved onto a local business thath better etiquette and actually appreciates local business. For the record, we were looking to spend about $130 for pastries bagels and/or muffins. Thank you

I have had the worst experiences with Bobs food mart cashiers, I have been a faithful customer for years but, recently their customer service is terrible. I purchased bad products twice that were expired and asked for an exchange and or a refund and the owner (manager) said there was nothing she could do and to call the company. What a shorty way to end my shopping at an establishment. Bye, Bobs, I’ll drive the extra quarter mile, for better, dignified service.
