Let me just say this I’m not the type that come and leave reviews but I just had to today! customer service was bad, I caught the lady’s name (Julie) she was very loud! And cursing, she wasn’t cursing loud, but loud enough to where I can here her. I’m not sure if she’s a manager or not but the point of the matter is it’s still unprofessional, I would never come back here!

Love shopping in some of their stores for home decor only. Their clothes always rip and tare within the first wash. Customer service is horrible at this location, finding help is impossible the only nice employee there is probably the person that stands by the doors. This location needs serious help and training

Rich the manager yelled at my children. Seeing we were their parents. He clearly stated stay with your mom and dad. Looking right at us. He should have stopped the conversation he was having with the two people he was talking to which sounded like family or friends of his and politely told us what the issue was instead of admonishing our children. We are professionals who love to shop at Burlington. This is the first horrible experience we have ever had. I asked him for his name and he began to yell “why!” I told him because I was filling a complaint on him and he stated “go ahead”. Receipt survey submitted. Corporate complaint will be submitted Monday. We are minorities. I would not be surprised if that’s why he felt he could yell at our children.

Burlington is one of the best places to go out shopping at for everything that you need like from coats to baby toys. The workers there are really nice and friendly and always willing to be helping out their costumers. I really had a easy time finding stuff for my family when it comes to going Christmas shopping for the last time I went there a long time ago.

Needed help a couple times and NOBODY was around to help me. It seemed like everyone was hiding out on the back laughing and having a great time. There were about 6 other people that were wondering what was going on because they needed help.
