We had the best experience with Drain Wizard today. We've never used their company before, but our neighbors recommended them to replace our main water line. They did an exceptional job, very fast, very professional, very friendly crew, and they cleaned up the little mess they did make. I would highly recommend them!
Came to my house 2 hours late and treated me like I was nobody in my own home ,they made it worse by pushing the clog in further by blasting water into the pipe and made a total mess in my bathroom Didn't have knowledge about snaking a toilet or outside drain had to get someone who knew what they were doing and it was a good reason why they were asked to leave
Our dishwasher crashed and flooded, and for good measure the pipes under our kitchen sink were leaking. Our technician, Christian Urbina, took a crack at the piping and did it so fast we asked him to go for our upstairs bathroom sink as well. We're super happy with the result, and yes, everything was COVID-safe. Definite recommendation.
I had an appointment from 6-8 pm and received a call at 9:45 pm saying he would be there in 30 minutes. I just told him to cancel the appointment it was way to late. I mean really. Not calling them back.
