Jay took care of the painting at my parent's house. They did a great job and we are very pleased with the entire interaction from providing the proposal to completing the job. Highly recommend!
We had an incredible experience with Jay and his team. They painted the entire house inside with exceptional results. Attention to detail, professionalism, and willingness to accommodate our requests are just a few observations. They came highly recommended and did not disappoint. Would not hesitate to refer them to others and use them again in the future.
I have never been so disrespected before by a business. So unprofessional. When i first contacted Jay's painting about getting an estimate. The woman on the telephone asked what we needed. We needed to paint the whole inside of our house, trying to sell. She said the first available time wasn't until the end of October (2 months away) and that she didn't think that would work for us. I asked for an estimate anyways? Made an appointment the following week. She said someone would be contacting us when they were on the way and gave me a window from 6-8. My husband left work early and was at the house waiting. No call, no show. I tried calling the number back with no answer. Called the next day and was told they rang the doorbell twice, which isn't true. We don't even have a doorbell. The woman said she spoke with Jay and he doesn't want our business anyway. I feel bad for the owner, who probably doesn't even know how his to-be customers are being treated.
Superior work, and Jay & Beverly are a pleasure to work with!
