Our stay at Serendipity was absolutely perfect in every way. Following the frenzy of activities in the weeks prior to our wedding day, it was so nice to be able to get away for a few days and enjoy some quiet time alone. From the cozy, comfortable room to the beautiful surrounding property and the absolutely delicious gourmet breakfasts in bed, our stay was filled with warm hospitality and memories that will be cherished forever.

Very comfortable setting, extravagant breakfasts and great hospitality. Enjoyed the jacuzzi and massage chair. Debbie and her family are very sweet and make you feel at home. Our room was very nice and roomy and well decorated. My husband and I enjoyed walks on the property down the trail carefully outlined by rocks. Sitting on the outside porch was also very relaxing drinking coffee watching the squirrels and birds on the property. It’s very close to all of the historical sites we wanted to visit. Highly recommend this B&B.

Serendipity Inn has been absolutely an amazing experience. We stayed with Debbie and Cris for a weekend, I must say they are super hosts. Debbie has decked up the rooms so gorgeously, we stayed in 'Tranquility' room it is so thoughtfully designed and has all the facilities including towel warmer ,massage chair, and a luxurious bath. The patio is a best place for lazing around , reading and having a coffee Debbie's gourmet breakfast is like a delicious feast. Serendipity Inn was super clean, comfortable, and beautiful. A must have experience it is. :)

Romantic and serene hotel. Every single detail from the robes to the towel heaters are luxurious touches we will never forget! Plus the breakfast is always divine!

This was our first time at an inn. We didn’t know what to expect, but we loved the entire experience. Our original idea to go to Busch Gardens was shot down due to an oversight of their fall times, but the owner was super kind and helpful and showed us all sorts of other things to do while we were down there. The Inn is in a perfect location for many great activities in Virginia. Jamestown, Colonial Williamsburg, York Park, etc. Easily within 30 minutes of so many great attractions.nOur room was gorgeous too. The property that the Inn resides on easily links with some great walking trails through some 25 acres of Virginian forest. The property is very nice altogether. While we were there, the owner was in the process of raising and releasing monarch butterflies. We got to relax in a beautiful screened in porch with a bunch of them.nIt was truly an amazing 3 nights at serendipity. The hospitality was incredible, the food breakfasts were amazing, and the stay was lovely.nn*I forgot to mention the massage chair.... It was amazing!
