The hotel is dated. There is little attention to detail, as room 327 needs to be vacuumed. Dust on the floor. The headboard has something on it. The chairs were dirty. The television screen was damaged.nNot the worst, but definitely not return.
We booked a room for 2 nights for our daughter, her husband and our granddaughter. When there arrived late, they found bedbugs in the bed. There left, got a credit Voucher for the room. My son in law had to go back to get his iPhone he had left in the room. At that time, 4AM, there got an offer for a different room to stay for free. There checked the room and stayed. But now the Hotel will not refund the money. Owners very rude on the phone, telling us now there's no free room!nDon't stay in this hotel, read the reviews first and not after,like we did!!!
My first time coming here was on a delivery. When I walked in the lobby, I caught a bad smell of mildew.....like the carpets had been wet and not cleaned yet. Went up to the 3rd floor. The appearance of the elevator on the way up wasn't too comforting. There was a metal bar running across the ceiling of the elevator with two hooked bars that were both unscrewed and dangling. The appearance of the 3rd floor hallway was mediocre at best. The hotel was quiet though.
The rooms smelled like smoke even though they were supposed to be non smoking. Unprofessional staff. No trash cans in the room. It was warm the day we stayed here and the a/c didn't work. It is very run down. Lights continuously flickering
This place was absolutely disgusting very dirty prepaid with priceline so had to stay.. had to go get my own cleaning supplies.... the water was out for a few hours athen of course we had to wait for hot water.....
