This place used to be so nice now it is so ghetto!!!!
Very rude older black women working there during 7A.M Thursday morning 02/21/2019 . She told me that it wasn’t me on my I.D. and refused to serve me a cigar. Also telling me I will be arrested because I’ve been in Virginia too long to have a Kentucky I.D. , which is totally irrelevant. My I.D. Isn’t expired and I should be served. I’m 26 years old. I then asked to speak with the white manager in the camera room and she agreed not to serve me. I then asked the both of them for their corporate number and they both decided to give me the silent Treatment. I’ll never be returning . Too many gas stations in the area anyway.
One of the pumps didn't work and I had to change pumps. The cashier was very rude with the whole process. This is the first time this every happened to me, and knowing he couldn't care less or sympathize with me really makes me not want to come here again. Especially knowing I don't come here often, this sealed it.
