Very convenient location for Poquoson residents. We love the free vacuums and will often make a trip just to vacuum the carpets inside our vehicles. When pollen season comes around, the $9 automated touchless wash is a lifesaver.

It has free vacuums, spaced nicely, with a vacuum hose available on each side of your vehicle for easy access. You can wash your vehicle yourself or go through an automated car wash. With different levels of cleaning. There is an operator stationed at the beginning of the auto wash for assistance.

DONT GO TO THIS PLACE! I was there the other day to get a car wash with my wife and it came out bad with dirt and everything still on there. I asked the employee that’s working there, I think he was big fat dude and said his name was Trevor. I said that the wash did bad and he had an attitude with my wife and I telling us he would just give us another wash. I didn’t want another wash I just wanted my money back because another wash is not gonna do much because the place is already bad, whenever I go there, the place is broken down!! Never GOING there and wasting my money!!!!

I, personally, will not be going back to this car wash- ever. This was my first coming here with my car so I chose the Self-Wash system that my sister uses. My father, an experienced car-person, and I, a teenager in today’s world of constant technology, could not figure out what to do. There are NO signs showing which tool is for what! Even the sign that describes what the tool does, does not have ANY picture or description of which one it is. My father and I were placing bets on which tool would be used next, being by it was a complete mystery. The walls didn’t even have a numbering system, like the one on the machine for putting in the money.nAlso, you can’t only do $1 for 1 minute- you HAVE to use $4 for 4 minutes EVERY TIME.nAt this point, my father and I were both hoping it was worth it- it was not.nIn the end, we spent $8 trying to scrub the dirt off of my car. The brush, which you would think would be soft and together like a paintbrush, was bent at all angles and loosing bristles all over the yellow paint job. Even worse than that, it oozed the foam from every break in the brush hairs, making the foam go everywhere and not be useable. Since the soap went in all directions, it was almost impossible to scrub it all up and down the hood of my car without more foam falling onto the ground, wasting my money and time.nThe soap, that was going everywhere, made a disgusting film on my windows that were so bad that neither my father nor I could see out of them clearly. By the way, THAT’S A MAJOR SAFETY HAZARD!nThe, “High-Pressure Hose,” had a split stream and therefore was NOT getting the soap off of my vehicle, but instead, getting the water all over the both of us.nI was hopeful that the tens of other reviews were wrong, fixed, even- they were not. I should have listened to the other people in the reviews and just done it myself.nAfter the absolute DISAPPOINTMENT that was my first time at a car wash, we drove back to the house and I washed it with a rag- a lit.er.al. rag and it still got more dirt off than any of those tools.nSo, long story short, I do NOT advise EVER using this weirdly expensive, bad-quality car-wash.nMany people I actually see there are 16 or 17 and they look JUST AS CONFUSED- if that’s you, right a review, please. This place sucks, it’s way more expensive than the one that my dad said he would take time to next time, (I searched up the pricing), and it’s just overall, NOT WORTH IT!nLet’s go over the problems again, shall we?n1) Vacuums don’t work a lot of the times, did not describe because- obvious.n2) The clips for the mats next to the vacuums are BROKEN- every. single. one. of the slots I’ve been in to vacuum.n3) The brush doesn’t work right and it is in DIRE need of replacement. If you can charge that much and however much more for the machine wash, at LEAST replace your equipment.n4) NO LABELS!! How are new visitors supposed to know what to do? How are first-time drivers going to know what needs to happen first, which tool is which, even??n5) Purely DISGUSTING! When we actually pulled in to the slot, the same one my sister usually uses, there was a PILE of pure grass and dirt on top of the drain.nPlus, the film on my windows that DIDN’T LET THE DRIVER SEE OUT OF THE WINDOW!!n6) WAY too expensive!! The next time I go to a car-wash, it’ll be the one that has their pricing at $2 for 5 minutes. Yes, that’s a real station, not just some mess of a, “Car-Wash,” that looks like a 2 year old made it out of Legos.n7) The, “High-Pressure Hose,” that does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING- at all! Even my garden hose, which has been hit by a lawnmower, got soap off better than their pitiful excuse of one.nDO NOT GO HERE: NOT WORTH IT, NOT WORTHY, NOT EVEN LIKED BY THE CITIZENS OF THE CITY IT’S IN!! This was disappointing to say the least.nn(*For the Owner*): Do better, this is pathetic.
