Each visit I always received high quality customer service. Both young men always redeem themselves as kind, courteous, and grateful professionals. After feeling unattended at the other location across town, I decided to come here moving forward. I have had nothing but pleasant business ever since. I would recommend this location over any other locations in the Williamsburg area for your rental car needs.

The associates were very professional and customer friendly. I've always gone to the airport for a better value. This location was not only closer to me but they were very competitive. I would gladly return to this location for my next rental.
BEWARE: I had a terrible experience here. The gentlemen who rented me the truck put me in the mind of a used car salesman. He was double talking me and pushed a damage waiver on me. I nearly told him no, but after turning my vehicle in I was glad I didn't. Their was a huge scratch on the side of the vehicle. It was black in color and the truck had just been washed before pick up. As a matter of fact it was still wet. Once it dried and a little dirt got on it the scratch was there plain as day. If you do use this location I suggest you look you vehicle over very good while doing a walk around with them. Look at it from different angles so you can see all the imperfections. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
