I had an amazing experience at the Enterprise at 12525 Jefferson Ave Newport News, Va. I must say Cameron went above and beyond to make sure the process was stress free. Not only is he extremely professional, but he is also extremely knowledgeable. He selected a car that suited my needs. I rented a vehicle for a few months and came in and exchanged the vehicle once without any headache or issue. Cameron also coordinated transportation for me to and from the Enterprise location. Cameron and his staff were the most courteous and professional staff I have ever dealt with at an Enterprise location. I highly recommend this location to anyone who is in need of a rental and outstanding customer service. This will forever be my go to location as long as I reside in Virginia. Keep up the outstanding work Cameron!

I’ve rented from Enterprise several times now and I get the same great and fast service each time. They explain all the details and make recommendations based on what’s best for me, not more money for them. I usually get more than I pay for with free upgrades if the vehicle type I requested isn’t ready or available...no waiting for what I booked. They get me on the road quickly (and quite comfortably) every time.

Enterprise was very efficient with the pick up and when I had to change the drop off point there was no problem. The entire pick up and drop off took less than 10 minutes. I especially liked pre paid fuel option. It saved me time and money. I could not have purchased fuel as cheaply as having Enterprise do it for me. Well done

This was the worst customer experience I've ever had at a rental car business. Cameron Siler who claims to be the branch rental manager is the most incompetent so called leader I've ever dealt with. 1st of all he told my wife to pick the car up at 1:30 p.m. when she arrived there was no car available which delayed Travel plans. When we went back to pick up the car at 5:00 the vehicle that was reserved was still not available. He never apologized nor did he have a sense of urgency in resolving the issue that he created. I asked him was he able to identify cars that will be available the following day he told me he has no clue of what cars are going to be in the next day. Then I ask him does he take reservations which means that you have a pickup time and a drop off time he told me hat enterterprise doesn't do that. And asked me what was the definition of a reservatio I told him the defition of a reservtion is something he should know andthen told him that a reservation means you have a pickup time and a drop off time like our reservation he then didn't threaten me and said if I continue to ask him questions he will make it hard for us to get the rental car. Throughout the entire interaction this so called incompetent leader was on his cell phone.

The folks at this location are super nice. However, the cars were not in the best condition. The first car I had in this 5-day rental had no windshield wiper fluid. And once I got it home, the low air light came on for the back tire. I pumped it up (which I shouldn't have to do for rental), and 3 hours later, it had lost 15 pounds again. So obviously it had a slow leak. So I had to drive 30 minutes to exchange the car. The second one I picked up had the dirtiest windshield on the inside that I'd ever seen. I love Enterprise and they are the #1 company I rent from when I need to rent a car. But I wasn't impressed by my experience this time.
