Enterprise Rent-A-Car

So l commend the customer service until it was time to be refunded my deposit...l rented a car from them on Dec 11 2020 and returned it on Dec 14 2020 after 2 weeks l called concerning my deposit because it never takes that long to post back from any other enterprise l have went to,was told by the young man that it was deposited back to me already and l explained to him that that was not a true statement after speaking with my financial institution they confirmed that there was no deposit that came in from them...ao long story short here it is February 10 2021 and l still haven't recieved my deposit so l definitely wouldn't recommend this location if you want to recieve your money back in a reasonable manner.

Do not use this enterprise unless u want to be ripped off. I had a reservation with them while my car was in the body shop. Insurance set up the payments and I was told that I had to put $50 on a charge card as a incidental hold fee which will be released at drop off. Well today (2 days after drop off) im working and I got a call, I returned the call a few minutes later and said I had a missed call I was returning, the guy said oh they must have been calling to see if everything was okay. Do you have a reservation set up? I said no I returned the car 2 days ago... and he said oh okay and went to look me up and couldn't find me at first and then said hold on and asked a female and I hear her say oh shes charged for the cleaning it was smoked out. He comes back to the phone and states we charged you for a cleaning fee, the vehicle was smoked out inside and full of cigarette ashes on the floor and shifter and all over. I said there is no way because we do not even smoke. Hes like well maybe someone with you does. I told him once again no one rode in the car besides us, no one even smokes and it was not full of anything. He said well they charged you. I call back a little later and a woman answers, I asked for a manager which she said had just left and she will call him and call me back... never got a call back so I call again and ask for manager and am transferred. The manager was less than willing to help with the situation or listen to me when I tried to explain there is some sort of misunderstanding because they is absolutely no way that car was smoked out or full of ashes. I said I want to see photos of what you are referring to. He said we don't have any and its already cleaned. How convenient ud83dude44 ... so i told him well im not paying these charges. I do not authorize them he said well u can take it up with corporate because I'm charging you and its full of smoke and ashes so we had to clean it. I told him maybe someone moved it and had just smoked and hes like no... wasn't trying to listen to me and basically makes me out to be a liar which I'm not. I contacted my bank since talking to the manager here did nothing and he wants to go in circles. Enterprise corporate will be contacted as well as the BBB this is a horrible run office. They will charge you for something that is a complete lie just to make a few extra bucks. Pretty shady if you ask me. Next time I'll stick to hertz like usual. Run dont walk... ud83cudfc3‍♂ufe0f away from this store and their schemes.

Vehicle was in good condition. The rental staff is always professional and generally pleasant. The cleaning staff sprayed something on the inside windshield that dried and streaked. It was very difficult to remove.

Enterprise provided me with the easiest and best rental car experience while my car was being repaired. I currently drive a 428xi and was presently surprised that I was offered a x3 for a rental. I will recommend this branch to everyone.

Lynnwood and Damian were so helpful this morning! Slight change in plans but they provided me with excellent service and had me in my way in no time!
