February, 6:45 PM, raining, 95 North, crossing under route 607, Bluefield Transport truck tailgating my daughter in the middle lane. He followed her when she moved into the right lane. Road conditions are wet, visibility very poor. Before anyone says the obvious, he has passed multiple exits so the driver is clearly not in the right lane because he is planning to exit.

Bluefield driver traveling on i81 in kingsport tn, entered our lane, without using turn signal, almost hitting us. When we got around the driver he was on his cell phone. Very dangerous drivers
