Just moved up here have a busted pipe being so good to us making the reservations and taking good care of us wonderful wonderful wonderful people
Extremely friendly, caring owners/staff. Older motel, but super clean and quiet. What made it a 5 star stay was the owners and staff. Always cheerful and anxious to help with anything you need. We stayed overnight and I left my glasses in the room. Realizing that afternoon I called and they had already found them and asked me for my address to send them. They arrived a couple of days later in a protective case and in perfect shape. I tried to reimburse them but they would hear nothing of it. Will always be where I stay when in the area.
Fincastle Inn was a well maintained and clean hotel. The staff was friendly and polite. Rates were fair and our room was nice. It's an older hotel and it's in a small town so don't expect 5 star amenities. However, we enjoyed our stay and will return.
Don't judge a book by it's cover. Old style and with that being said it's cleaner then i have seen with newer buildings.
