They will not respond to emails if they are in the wrong. They will avoid dealing with you until you either give up or until you are fed up and have to take off from work to go into the office. Not to mention they charge you to pay your rent even with EFT. If you have a job where you travel a great deal they will deposit your pre-dated checks! For me the best part of the entire apartment complex is the Maintenance Staff!nnI've lived in this apartment complex since 2017 and there is no appreciation for the loyalty. No more... I am leaving and for that it seems as if I am now being bombarded with things/issues/fees that have never been a problem since I have been there.

I moved here about a month ago from out of state. I worked with Payton to find a unit that fit my needs and budget. The move-in process was quick and easy. My unit was cleaned professionally before I moved in. I usually have to end up doing some light cleaning before I move my things into a new place, but I did not have to lift a finger here. Anytime I've had questions or needed something the office staff has been kind, patient, and quick to respond.nnI have found these units to be slightly more expensive compared to other apartments in the area. However, after a month of living here, I feel that the quality of the units, pet friendliness, and good management have made moving here well worth the extra money.

I greatly enjoyed my time at this apartment. I wish I could have stayed longer. The closet space was amazing. My balcony had a view of the trees (I saw a deer there once or twice), and the area was quiet. The maintenance staff were always quick and kind. Any problem I had, they had it fixed right away. The property management staff were also very nice, worked hard, and were always willing to help with whatever I needed. When I moved out, there was a mix up on my final account statement, and Becky and Jessica were both very patient and willing to work with me to get it fixed. Overall, it was definitely a pleasant experience.

It was a wonderful place to live for 6 months. My contract ended and had to move and leaving a nice place. Hannah was very nice person dealing office information. Maintance people did their job quick and very professional. Grounds and location was prefect to easy access to the area business. I saw lots of pets in the area and the neighbors were pretty good. The only thing that bugs me was the water pressure but other than that is was a great place to live.

We where supposed to stay only for one year but it was so great that we decided to stay for 3 years. We loved living in The Commonwealth not only the location was amazing but the team was incredible! Missing my coffee morning on our balcony and the pool ud83dude01 thank you for such a great experience!
