Seriously? Is there no local or state government office that inspects and licenses these establishments??? It would take an hour to sit here and list the horrors that are clearly the norm for this business. The conditions on the inside and outside are consistent with any condemned building you might find. I cannot express strongly enough how fast you should run in the other direction. STAY AWAY! The graffiti all over the walls and mirrors add a quaint touch. I was especially impressed with the swastika drawn on the nightstand. I am sure you will enjoy the artwork depicting the Amalfi Coast with Compton drawn in the upper corner. Make sure you are careful not to touch the live wires on the light switch that is hanging out of the wall over the night stand....it just goes on and on. If by some wild chance you think I am making this up.... go ahead...you have been warned.

Family stayed here recently and experienced multiple creepy crawlies. I'm talking about they were eat up with Bed bugs. So if there are no vacancies, you should consider your self lucky. They entertain very unorthodox guests. This is an establishment with a very poor record for both hygiene and morality.

it's a total disaster area it s hall ways were filthy nasty,with food crumbs all over the floors and inside the room the walls were written on no mini fridge, no microwave but yet they rent weekly @ monthly rentals? not recommended for any person a notch up from straight homeless is all it is!

I would rather share a refrigerator box with a homeless newlywed couple than to even break down in the parking lot here. Between the bed bugs, drug deals and loud, trashy residents that seem to have many many short term relationships every single day, you're likely better off trying to sleep naked in a gypsy caravan or even a scoutmaster/priest convention. Beware

Good People. The Rooms are horrible & Price is way too Expensive but its a Good Community... with Simi-OK people
